At a small additional cost we offer Rent Protection & Legal Expenses for the first 12 months. Rent Protection & Legal Expenses is designed to protect you by ensuring that your rental is received even when your tenant stops paying. One of it's unique benefits is that it can protect you against malicious damage to your property.

We take feedback very seriously , this is why we provide feedback within 24 hours on all viewing's.

Quite simply we are not like the majority of high street agents who charge high letting prices, our business has been developed to offer all landlords an alternative cost effective, hassle free solution to securing tenants for their property. Our lettings fee is from 4% (VAT, Inventory & AST Included, no hidden extras) and £50 per calendar month for a totally managed service with no hidden extras. On our full management option the Property Inventory is included. After each and every viewing, one of our director's will contact you the next day and provide any feedback.

Through our bank we have a dedicated secure client account, this simply means all rent and deposits are directly paid in to this protected account. All deposits paid from tenants are processed and transferred to the Deposit Protection Scheme. At all times we adhere to the guidelines and regulations set out by the Property Ombudsman since we are full members for Residential and Commercial Lettings or Sales.

Landlords by forging a partnership with us, we shall save you even more money. The Check In, Tenancy Contract and Reference Checks are all included within the price for either service. Unlike most other agents who charge 100% on renewals, we discount the initial fee by 50% on all renewals.
