How can you offer these very low prices for a tenant find service?
Why should we charge high prices. In our opinion there's no need, since our prices are from 4%, we personally think that our fees are the correct value to pay.

Can I advertise my property with you if it's already on with another agent?
Of course, our fee will be 6%, however we are confident that the overall cost will be lower than the other agent.

When can you come around and view my property?
As soon as possible at a time that suits you, the same day if we can.

Will you arrange any services which are required?
Yes, we can arrange these services. For example tenancy cleaning for both landlords and tenants. Within our group of companies we have a successful cleaning company who will carry out any cleaning at reduced rates. Once again saving you money.

After our meeting when will my property be advertised?
Within 24 hours your asset will be advertised across the Internet on many of the leading property portals. A For Let board will then be set up outside your property.
