Landlord Rent Protection
For a small cost, on both our fees, we can introduce an insurance policy which is designed to protect you the landlord against unpaid rent and legal fees.


We will help you with any tax or insurance queries, remember you can typically deduct the following for tax purposes;

* Our fees
* Fair wear and tear & repair costs
* 10% of rent for depreciation, if furnished or part furnished
* Interest paid to the Building Society or Mortgage Company
* Insurance premiums
