Through our bank we have a dedicated secure client account, this simply means all rent and deposits are directly paid in to this protected account. All deposits paid from tenants are processed and transferred to the Deposit Protection Scheme. On all renewal fees after 12 month AST contracts, we only charge 50% of tenant find fee.
